The Wyoming County Business, Retention, Expansion, and Development (BRE&D) Program will fulfill its mission of serving local businesses and improving the local economy in the following ways:

1. To establish a pro-business environment in Wyoming County
2. To act as a catalyst bringing businesses together with the resources they need
3. To act as a repository of information to benefit Wyoming County businesses and creative assets
4. To foster networking between Wyoming County businesses
